KnightTrade operates exclusively against Alpaca paper (simulated) accounts. No real money is deposited, traded, or at risk through this service. Real-money trading is not offered, and connecting live brokerage credentials is not supported and actively rejected.
Nothing in this application — including strategy templates, AI-generated suggestions, insights, or performance figures — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Simulated performance does not predict real results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make outside this simulation.
You connect your own Alpaca paper API keys. Keys are encrypted so that this website cannot read them back and are used only to operate your own paper account. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored keys immediately. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every account.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time. The operator may suspend accounts or halt all trading (a platform-wide stop exists for exactly that purpose).
Trading activity, audit logs, and account details are stored to operate the service and are isolated per account. Ask the operator to delete your account and its data at any time.
